Blocking line of sight to safely cross dual carriageway

Vegetation on central reservation is blocking visibility of oncoming traffic for vehicles crossing dual carriageway. Even in taller ride height SUVs visibility is severely impaired, especially for traffic in the oncoming fast lane.
