From northbound A452 to A45 westbound onslip. Mass Barrier system used outside certified parameters i.e. structural bar has been removed to allow fencing to be attached on top.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6222360.

Structural integrity is provided by 2 metal bars that sit on the top of the barrier, however the top one has been removed to allow a fence to be fitted. This means it is now being used outside its test parameters and does not provide impact protection to its published level on the public highway.
