Lights not cycling

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6217130.

Northbound on A5 at Dodwell's island, lights are not cycling propperly. all other lights are going through 3+ cycles before allowing traffic northbound. Suspect sensors in road are broken. causing MILES of tailbacks
