Large sections missing from the road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6214342.

This issues appears to have been reported several months ago and allegedly rectified. It has not or has not been sorted properly. There are large sections of the road missing and could cause either a major accident and/or damage to vehicles. In my opinion this is high priority to get rectified properly this time.

  • Thank you for making your report regarding the road surface condition on the A14 at Spaldwick. We can confirm that we are aware of the issue you are reporting and urgent plans are being put in place to address it.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
