Visibility compromised

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 17:23, Mon 8 July 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6205458.

Due to overgrown vegetation on the island at the Nottingham Knight visibility is severely compromised . I reported this on June 20th and received confirmation of my report. I have travelled from the reported area to the hospital today and no action has been taken . In fact there is 3 weeks more growth. Also the whole route from this island towards the hospital is in desperate need of some work as speed signs and general signage is obscured by vegetation. I am also alarmed to see that my report of the 20th June is marked as closed on your website , why? 😤 As an ex Parish Councillor I always advised people to report issues . I am very disappointed that doing so does not seem to evoke an appropriate response.
