Overgrown foliage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6199816.

From joining the a3 on the cycle path side instantly you are met with over hanging brambles that on the odd occasions has grab my clothing. Head further down in the direction of Sutton place there plants growing over with yellow flowers. On Thursday morning this got stuck in my front wheel. Thus flipping me and my bike in the direction of the A3 carriageway. As for injuries a lot of bruising and gravel rash I have photos. Also a visit to the hospital due to the damage to my helmet that I have had to replace at my cost of 99.99 pounds. I have not yet assessed my bike. Please get this cut back before it kills someone. I am contemplating taking legal action and will be seeking advice from my employers lady Griffis and Mrs Morris who reside in Ockham.
