Vegetation blocking view of oncoming traffic

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 14:09, Wednesday 3 July 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6186867.

Vegetation is blocking the view of oncoming traffic.

All the other junctions on this roundabout, including the top of the roundabout, have been mowed fully except this one.

The view from the right hand lane entering the Chilton Interchange roundabout from the A34 southbound off slip is totally obscured by tall vegetation and needs to be cut.

It urgently needs to be cleared further back than it has been, as in a vehicle on the road you cannot see properly what is coming. Please mow it back further (like all the other junctions at this location have been)
