Damaged road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6185629.

The road is breaking apart with debris and cracks causing the road to become dangerous on the left most lane as you go past the junction. I have personally felt the car bounce after hitting a piece of loose tarmac.
