Underpass obstructed

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6185041.

Various items including wooden stakes in the underpass which serves public rights of way. This debris presents a hazard for horses and riders as the width is compromised and a step or fall close to the debris could result in injury. It also poses a psychological obstruction as the space is uninviting for horses and riders.
