Bad manhole re-instatement

Recent manhole repair has caused it to now be a raised obstacle, which cars are swerving around on a very dangerous section of the A21

    We've inspected the cover and have reported its current condition to Virgin Media 2021 under Section 81 of New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 which sets out the duty of a utility company to maintain their apparatus, requesting their reattendance to carry out further repairs.
