Sign blocking view of oncoming traffic from the welsh road

The sign needs moving as with overgrown grass (that Ive reported to the council) its perfectly blocking the view to look for oncoming traffic making it a death trap. It obstructs the view of traffic coming from the welsh road from wales if you’re coming out of the junction of badgers rake lane. Its on the right of the junction and has caused some cars to be blocked from view leaving it a accident waiting to happen if not moved slightly out of the view of the junction
