Loose drain lid

Lid on a drain on a49 Ross road is rattling. Please repair. HR 27RS

    Still not fixed. Welsh water say they will be fixing soon. They are waiting for national highways to sort traffic lights out for them to do the repair. National highways say their waiting instructions from Welsh water. They seem to be blaming each other.
