Growth blocking vision.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6177933.

When turning across the southbound carriageway towards Lobthorpe, the flowers/grass is higher than the car. It is impossible to see if traffic is approaching without pulling into the fast lane. I see there are 2 previous reports of this, one from May and one from 10th June.
