Mash road, junction of green lane hooe road works

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6165110.

The delays are ridiculous on the mash road, juntion of green lane hooe, due to not much going on. The grass has been dug up and that's it. I understand that lights and cones have been put up to protect workers but why does it need to still be there after 5.30pm.? I run a business and I have wasted an 1hr every evening with staff in my vehicle for this week, and I'm going to waste more time next as well. Can you please hurry the contractor up. Or take away the lights of an evening. I came back through at 8.30pm yesterday evening and it still took as long. Thank you
