Growth on central reservation obstructing view of highway outside lane of dual carriageway A.43

Difficult to see outside lane of A.43 when turning into Whitfield in a Northerly direction on the A43. Noticeably the grass has recently been cut but only on the edge of the carriageway. More urgent attention is necessary to improve Vision before an accident occurs!

  • As I understand the position the grassed area causing the hazard was strimmed by two local residents which it is understood have undertaken this necessary work in previous years. It would be helpful therefore if this could be put in the highway authority's work schedule for next year noticing they cut adjacent areas on the central reservation.
