Overgrown verge blocking vision when merging

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6163824.

When merging onto A46 from northbound services, the vegetation on the verge combined with the elevated banking means it is not possible to see oncoming traffic in order to safely pull out from the slip lane. This is exacerbated by the shortness of the slip road.
