Dangerous parking

People are parking here almost daily 2-3 times a day and blocking the entire footpath. My daughter was almost knocked off her bike by a car that mounted the kerb to park off the road and on the footpath. They block from Short Lane all the way down to the roundabout. This is dangerous and needs to be tackled before someone gets hurt
