Distracting billboard advert adjacent to gantry sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6162428.

This online reporting system doesn't have the option to report this (distracting roadside adverts) - just by the M23 southbound J9 1/2m gantry sign in the adjacent field is a billboard advert which is distracting motorists from viewing the co-located gantry (signs), leading to late lane changes and sudden braking closer to the junction. This is from not viewing this 1/2m gantry. The field is accessed from Hathersham close which leads to the National Highways Weatherhill depot. It's been in place for months.
