Loose manhole cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6158492.

There is a manhole cover which is rattling every time a vehicle drives over it. It’s close to the pull in bus stop. It’s been like it since January. I reported it to England highways back in April. Still not been repaired. Can you repair asap.

  • The problem has not been fixed. I was informed the problem was reported to Severn Trent. But it should have been reported to welsh water?

    Welsh water were aware of the problem back in April. Then they said drain lid would be repaired on 1st sept. But it wasn’t. Now they say within 30 days. (25 days left). Welsh water are blaming national highways for not closing road and using traffic lights. National highways say Welsh water have done nothing. They seem to be blaming each other.
