Can you please tell me why we have traffic lights on the New Monks roundabout the trouble and serious congestion they are causing needs looking into because they are causing so much congestion,why cant they be turned of during rush hour,the people who designed this roundabout need sacking, awaiting your reply Cliff Taylor

I understand your frustration and I’m sorry to hear about the disruption and delay the traffic lights at New Monks Farm roundabout has had on your journey to work, and I’m sorry I’ve not been able to get hold of you over the phone successfully.
We’re aware the traffic lights installed as part of the New Monks Farm development in Shoreham has caused issues for road users along the A27, and we’ve raised this issue directly with the third-party developer, please be assured that our team remains in regular contact with them to try and resolve any issues.
