Large Ramp formed over lanes 2-4

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6155118.

Road joints have lifted and caused a massive ramp in live lanes 2-4. Cars are hitting a large ramp at full speed at 70mph. This needs to be rectified immediately. It's smashing up peoples cars.
