Stonebridge Island - Pothole at foot of slip road (recurrence)

Reported via mobile in the Pothole (NH) category anonymously at 21:04, Tue 25 June 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6154712.

Recurrence of deep pothole at foot (bottom end) of slip road off the A45 Birmingham Road west bound onto Stonebridge Island (A45 / A452). Pot hole is approximately at the location of the stop line at the traffic lights, in the right hand lane. Pothole is deep enough to hit my driver's side alloy wheels on every time I drive over it by accident.

Pot hole previously reported in April 2024, was repaired in May 2024, but the infill used broke up into large chunks within 2 weeks and disappeared within 2 weeks thereafter. Infill method/material used does not appear to have been suitable.
