Vegetation in central reserve completely obscuring view of oncoming traffic

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category by Dorcas Jennings at 16:34, Tuesday 25 June 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6153687.

When crossing from the A52 into Tollerton Lane to access the Spire Hospital this morning I had great difficulty seeing the oncoming traffic from the Gamston Roundabout even though I was in a T-Roc, which is higher than many other cars. Had I been driving my husband’s Golf I would have seen nothing of the oncoming traffic until it was on top of me. The centre reservation needs to be cut down as a matter of urgency before there is a serious accident.
