M56 J9 Entry slip from M6 South (J20a)

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6152120.

The stand alone speed sign alongside the entry slip onto M56 West coming from M6 South has been stuck on flashing 60 for days, the single sign after it on M56 west (Marker M56A 29.0) in the central reservation has also been stuck on saying 'end' for the same number of days, despite no issues on M56.
