Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6151826.

The 1st speed reduction sign [3 bars] for the southbound off slip is both obscured by overgrown vegetation and dirt. The 2 and 1 bar signs could probably do with a clean as well and vegetation is reaching out towards them.
