Traffic lights not working - very unsafe for pedestrians

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6150853.

Traffic lights still don’t work - this makes crossing the pedestrian crossing very unsafe and means cars can easily hit pedestrians if they do not stop or pedestrians don’t time crossing well. This needs to be urgently addressed before a fatal accident occurs or similar, many thanks. It seems they are fixed and working then the next minute they don’t work.
