Drain cover STILL leaking and flooding the raod

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6145601.

This has been like this for months now, and it seems KCC Highways have batted the problem to either Southern Water or South East Water - either way, no one is doing anything about it and it causes cars to swerve into the other lane to avoid the water and spray from the road....it's about time this was actually repaired after so many months of it being ignored....
