Damaged service duct cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6131799.

Duct cover has broken and is leaving the manhole exposed. part of the cover is raised causing a trip hazard. our staff have put some traffic cones in place to warn of the hazard.

    Our team attended on the 26 June 2024 to assess the location and a defect was identified on a BT Openreach access cover. This has been raised for immediate action and hopefully will be resolved as soon as it’s possible.
