M6 J20 to J21a Northbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6126796.

The speed signs between these junctions so far this week don't seem to work when queues form. In the evening peak time the traffic has been at a standstill at various points, yet none of the signs have come on. It is the same on J9 of M56 East heading onto M6 North at J20, the gantries don't come on when it is queuing on the link road either.
