Previously failed pothole repair

This is a previous pothole repair that has now failed. The offside tyre crashed through this pothole. People are either crashing through it potentially causing damage, slowing down to a stop or going to the inside and there are parked cars to the inside which could easily cause a collision with a parked car. Note parked cars on this road park with the nearside on the pavement and the offside on the road. Surprised nobody has reported this pothole already. Needs to be done outside of hours at there is traffic chaos already on this road. Previously reported to ESCC who closed the call as its Highways. It would have been better for them to pass it on rather than me having to raise a new call for this. This repair is urgent.
