Ridge in road, very loud noise, very disturbing

I have previously reported this, no action has been taken. There is a ridge and a dip across the road, worse on westbound carriageway, which is getting deeper. The noise as vehicles cross is VERY loud, much worse at this point than at other points, much more noticeable over approx past 4 months. Concerned that surface and/or bridge getting dangerous. Also noted more water leaking from road under bridge. The noise reverberates, echoes under bridge, is very loud and continuous – especially noticeable at night when less traffic so vehicles cross at higher speed – this is very disturbing . I can hear it constantly and I live over a mile away. Please can you level the surface to ensure safety and prevent the noise.
