M4 westbound, elevated - surface breaking again

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 17:36, Mon 17 June 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6118845.

Westbound, left hand lane, as the elevated section rises:

- on the right hand side of the left hand lane, there are 5 places where previous patches have eroded, leaving patches from a lower level of previous top surfaces. - on the left hand side of the left hand lane, there is 1 place like those too - so, in general, the left hand lane is breaking up in places again
