M6 North J21A Exit to M62 West (Liverpool) Poor road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6108794.

The start of this exit slip road to where the barrier splits it from the M6 is in a shockingly bad condition, there are potholes all over the place. Some have been temp patched, others haven't. It desperately needs resurfacing.
