Poor drainage throughout the M66 and aquaplaning

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6105654.

There's very poor drainage throughout the M66 and A56. There's also lots of aquaplaning and water flowing across the dual carriageway. This is causing a serious risk of vehicles skidding and having an accident. This has been a problem on the M66 for many years and really needs attention. Because it rains a lot in this country, please try and sort this ASAP. Thankyou
