100m green countdown sign dumped in CanalChichester

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6104032.

The sign has been dumped in the Canal causing obstruction to trip boats. Hence removed and taken to Chichester Canal Trust HQ by Café. Please remove ASAP.
