Pedestrian Crossing Lights Missing for several weeks

The pedestrian lights at this very busy junction have now been missing for several weeks. They appear to have been removed and a sign put up to say they are not working. This is not acceptable as having to cross this road is now extremely dangerous and really an accident waiting to happen.
