Traffic lights out of sequence

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6085958.

Traffic lights coming off M40 and across top of A41 are out of sequence, lights stay on red allowing traffic to block roundabout while traffic coming across from A34 is on green and cannot move. Causes long delays at all times of the day
