Car driver litter dump

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6081302.

Driver threw litter out of the car window while driving at 70mph in near side lane and the litter hit the front of my car as following him. On M5 10 mins befire barnstaple junction a365. 1320 8 june 2024
