HGV vehicles ignoring Unsuitable for HGV sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6079705.

Southbound HGVs are very frequently ignoring Unsuitable For HGV sign and attempting to travel up single lane Ford Road. They are regularly climbing the patient putting pedestrians in jeopardy. Most of the protective bollards have been knocked over. They also regularly break the 30mph speed limit
