Growth blocking view for village traffic urgent attention required.

Reported via mobile in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category by Alan Marnes at 14:27, Fri 7 June 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6077999.

Growth in the central areas between Lees Lane and Bell Lane junctions is so overgrown that traffic /pedestrians/cyclists leaving and entering Southoe cannot see on coming A1 traffic. those crossing at the Bell Lane junction cannot see northbound when waiting to cross. The whole area needs to be cut down/sprayed off as this is a real safety issue to villagers and indeed the A1 traffic who cannot see traffic waiting to cross the busy A1.
