Over growen hedgs and road error

When you're leaving the M40 towards the A40 roundabout, as you reach the roundabout you can not see the traffic that is coming from London rd until you're on the roundbout which is a road hazard. The grass is way over grown and the road is designed badly to see the traffic coming.
