Growth blocking junction view

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6067818.

The growth in the central reservation is obstructing the view when turning off the A1 into Heath Lane at Great Ponton, and Crabtree Road at skillington. The visability is extremely poor due to the overgrown vegetation in the central reservation and needs addressing before another accident happens.

  • Saw a near miss here between a lorry and a hgv at this junction because the can couldn’t see. We were waiting to pull on northbound and if they had collided we would have probably been ploughed into by the HGV. Someone is going to be killed soon.
