Growth over boundary fence and overhanging residential properties

Trees in the area between the motorway and the National Highways boundary fence and overgrown and hanging over the fence hitting residential properties. Overhanging trees need cutting back to boundary fence line.

We only take action when a tree causes a legal nuisance to neighbouring properties. This means a nuisance that is actionable in law.
