You cannot see any traffic on the a66 until right on top of it. Sometimes having to come to a full stop on the slip road, it is the same on the next junction near to sadberge too. I'm really worried this is going to cause accidents. This is westbound on a66 long newton stockton on tees

    We’ve been to assess the vegetation at Long Newton today and can advise that, there’s no safety issues with the current visibility.

    However, we will continue to monitor the area, until the next planned cutting is due in the next few weeks.
