Potholes and Degraded Surface

The road surface between lanes 1&2 is degrading and in some areas there are deep potholes forming and require immediate attention. This is particularly bad between J2a and the 13.0 marker.
In fact the tarmac is in pretty poor condition on quite a large part of the whole of the M26 going both ways.
