Light out. Long grass overhanging footpath

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6048181.

On the Darrington A1 North Slip Entry/Exit between Darrington Hotel and The Kyte Hotel. Grass is so long it is overhanging footpath. Light D1 is out. Metal Manhole cover is cracked and has a hole in it. The grass happens every year and I have reported it for the last tow or three years. I reported manhole cover last year.
