Poor fencing

The fencing along the stretch of the A12 between junctions 13 and 14 around the Ingatestone Willow Green residential location is very poor. It is too low, allowing easy access for children to the A12 which is a major saftey concern, and security risk, and provides absolutely no soundproofing in spite of backing directly onto residents' gardens.
