Large Fly Tip of household waste. This has been investigated by Maidstone Borough Council, but this is on National Highways land

    We have passed your report to our local team who have visited the location to assess the situation. It has been identified that the fly-tipping maybe on private or local authority land and we’re currently investigating this to determine ownership.

    Should it be determined the waste is on National Highways land, then we’ll look to make the necessary arrangements to clear the waste.
