Pedestrian controlled lights not working at all

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 15:20, Thursday 30 May 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6040080.

Along with the traffic lights at on westbound slip road M3 junction 3, the pedestrian controlled lights are not operating at all. This is far more dangerous than the impact on motor vehicles, as pedestrians and cyclists are effectively trapped on the roundabout, unable to cross because of poor visibiltiy to observe fast, oncoming traffic.
