Manor Close massive holes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6034598.

The road is an embarrassment, almost unusable, holes everywhere, dangerous for pedestrians as the curbs are all loose and debris everywhere, poor signage, an elderly resident is going to hurt themselves soon. I will keep a copy of this report as proof of my warnings to you.
